Parts Manager - Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson

Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson , a subsidiary of RideNow, is on the lookout for a Parts Manager to oversee and direct the operation of the dealership’s Parts Department, which sells motorcycle, ATV, and watercraft parts and accessories. What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team focused on delivering superior customer service and achieving sales goals.

Drive revenue through effective inventory planning, pricing strategies, and team sales performance.

Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets; monitor gross margins and departmental profitability. Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency, in coordination with the General Manager.

Partner with the service department to ensure technician needs are met quickly and efficiently.

Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends.

Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience
