RideNow Powersports - Burleson , one of the largest powersports retailers in the nation, is seeking a driven and experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead and scale our digital sales operations.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing internet sales team to consistently exceed sales targets and conversion goals

Analyze lead data and KPIs to optimize the performance of individuals and the department as a whole

Own and refine the internet sales pipeline, CRM processes, and inventory workflows to maximize efficiency

Ensure timely and professional communication with all online customers

Oversee customer satisfaction metrics and resolve escalated issues to maintain a top-tier buying experience
