Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Four or more years of progressive sales experience, preferably in industrial, municipal, contractor, equipment, or related markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
Experience with forecasting, territory planning, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales reporting.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, attend trade shows, and maintain an insurable driving record.
Ability to climb on equipment and lift up to 50 pounds during product demonstrations.
