Description

Hello, we’re Augeo, a global leader in enterprise-level engagement and loyalty platform technology, delivering compelling experiences and fostering meaningful connections for employees, consumers, members, and channel partners across many industries and verticals. We serve hundreds of clients, including 65 Fortune 500 companies, representing millions of end users. We are thought leaders and disruptors who think differently and creatively, built by entrepreneurs, operators, and innovators.

At Augeo, we’re passionate about providing an inclusive workplace that values diversity and our sustainability initiatives. Everyone is welcome — our employees are comfortable bringing their authentic whole selves to work. Be you, reach your full potential.

We work hard, we play hard, and, most importantly, we care to our core about our teams and each other. We over-communicate around everything in our hybrid world.

Summary

An Augeo Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) leads technology projects and programs from intake and scoping through execution, quality assessment, delivery, and closure. The work includes client-facing implementations and feature delivery for enterprise accounts, along with internal cross-platform projects — platform modernization, data migration, compliance — that no single engineering team can own alone.

On a given day a Sr. PM may run sprint planning with an engineering team, present portfolio status to executives, walk a client through how a change order affects scope and timeline, then analyze what that same change order does to the program's profitability.

At the portfolio level, the Sr. PM runs a set of related initiatives as one program. That means tracking interdependencies, resolving resource conflicts, and making recommendations and early risk calls that keep the program on schedule and on budget.

AI is a requirement for the Sr. PM role. Augeo's engineering and operations teams all work AI-natively, and Sr. PMs are expected to use LLM tooling for status reporting and forecasting, question what the AI produces rather than take it at face value, and handle client data responsibly. The role rewards people who are naturally curious, analytically sharp, good with people, and who set the bar for how the rest of the Project Management Office (PMO) operates.

Who You Are

An innovator who brings ideas to the table, works hard, tells their story, and has a proactive mindset. Someone who is a genuine collaborator who contributes to the team and helps accomplish amazing things in a high-energy and dynamic environment. Be curious, keep learning, keep implementing, and iterate.

High-Level Job Requirements

Own and maintain project plans that reflect client business objectives and organizational goals; resolve resource constraints, scope conflicts, and change requests within a shared governance structure

Lead and instruct the full project lifecycle—design, definition, build, and implementation—for technology solutions, managing tasks, dependencies, and communications for concurrent short- and long-term projects

Build trusted relationships with client contacts, external partners, and internal teams

Govern a portfolio of projects across enterprise client accounts, managing interdependencies and shared resources across teams

Prioritize and communicate overall portfolio status in alignment with organizational strategy

Use and help refine AI-driven plans, schedules, project documentation, reporting, and financial modeling tools; evaluate them for accuracy; proactively evaluate emerging technologies to improve team efficiency

Teach and improve PMO delivery processes and standards; share new practices with the PMO team

Embrace Augeo’s CORE values—Collaborative, Objective, Responsive, and Earnest—in all areas

Competencies

Proven leadership of cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to drive alignment across engineering, QA, data, and client-facing teams without direct authority

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical client and executive audiences

Fluency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Delivered solutions applying AI outputs to improve project outcomes, paired with the critical judgment to apply intellectual honesty towards recognizing when an AI-generated insight is incomplete

Experience with modern SDLC practices—CI/CD, release management, and QA gates—sufficient to plan realistically with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams

Enough technical literacy to follow discussions about APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud environments across multiple platform ecosystems

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience, or Associate’s degree with 10+ years of project management experience

Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional or project management context, with examples of measurable improvements to efficiency or delivery speed

Experience managing client-facing technology projects in a B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting environment; complex multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements strongly preferred

PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification is a plus but not required

Incentive, loyalty, engagement, or marketing technology industry knowledge is a plus
