About the job
Responsible for providing administrative assistance for the Access and Disability (ADS) staff. Oversee processes related to reports, budget and onboarding for new ADS employees, and assists the staff in producing materials for events and workshops. Serves as a test proctor for students who take the tests in ADS. Serves as administrative assistant for the Director and the Manager.
