About The Role:

As the FOH Manager in Ardmore, PA, you will assist the General Manager with full ownership of front-of-house operations, team culture, guest experience, and financial performance. You will lead a large FOH team, set the standard for hospitality, and help drive the restaurant to new levels of success!

Key Responsibilities for the FOH Manager:

Lead, hire, train, and inspire all FOH hourly team members and support management team

Own the guest experience on the floor – ensure every guest receives warm, authentic, and memorable hospitality

Support sales growth and P&L management, including labor, inventory, and controllable expenses

Maintain exceptional standards for service, beverage program, cleanliness, and safety

Partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure seamless FOH/BOH execution

Be a visible, hands-on leader during service – nights, weekends, and holidays

Build relationships within the Ardmore, PA community and help drive local marketing and private dining sales

Qualifications for the FOH Manager Position:

2+ years of experience as a FOH Manager, AGM, or Service Manager in a high-volume, full-service, polished casual or upscale-casual restaurant ($4M+ volume preferred)

Strong hospitality mindset with proven ability to develop people and lead on the floor

Working knowledge of labor management, inventory, and service financials

Must be open to nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary of $65-75k depending on experience, plus bonus potential
