Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements • Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes • Support budgeting and forecasting activities • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field • 2–5+ years of accounting experience • Strong understanding of GAAP
