They recently promoted their Staff Accountant and are looking for their replacement. The company likes to promote whenever possible. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3+ years of progressive accounting experience who wants broad exposure beyond the traditional accounting function and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership. What makes this role interesting? Full-cycle accounting across multiple entities Ownership of month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries Monthly financial reporting and variance analysis Annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial presentations Audit and tax workpaper preparation Ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects Opportunity to help improve accounting systems and processes Direct exposure to the Director of Finance and leadership team Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably Accounting or Finance 2–3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong GAAP and Excel skills Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis Highly analytical and detail-oriented Comfortable in a small, collaborative team environment Strong ERP Systems experience such as SAP, Great Plains, NetSuite or Sage Intacct This is an in office role 5 days a week Submit Your Resume: Staff Accountant Fill out the form below to submit your resume for this position.
