Job Summary The Operations Coordinator supports a safe, orderly, and joyful environment at KIPP Bridge Academy by executing consistent student culture and campus operations routines throughout the school day. Reporting to the School Leader, this role maintains a visible presence across campus, builds positive relationships with students, and supports systems that keep students safe, engaged, and in the appropriate learning environment.

In this role, you execute assigned tasks with quality and on time, working within a scope set by others. You decide how to approach your work and escalate anything outside it.
