Sample Coordinator

We are hiring a sample coordinator for a top fashion company in NYC!

Pay $20.60/hr

Responsibilities:

Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow.

Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information. Communicate with Merchadising team to discuss arrivals and delays.

Build rapports with Brand MAs.

Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems.

Support entire team with other projects.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

1-3 years of retail experience, and other relevant experience

Understanding of working with samples and being in a showroom

Ability to commute 5 days into NYC office
