PPG Primary Care Clinic Mgr

Job Summary:

Responsible for overall practice leadership, quality outcomes, care delivery, management and financial performance of the designated primary care practices(s). Works with senior leadership, physicians, co‐workers and patients in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business

Education:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Healthcare Administration or Business Management preferred.

License & Cert:

Clinical or nursing licensure a plus.

Experience:

3‐5 years in a leadership role in a healthcare environment, physician office preferred. Must be able to demonstrate experience related to leadership, finance, clinical operations, service excellence, and quality outcomes measurement.

Other Qualifications:

Solid verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to understand and evaluate both clinical and non‐clinical roles of co‐workers. Candidate will be expected to utilize LEAN methodologies for process improvement in each office while leading change and fostering care delivery under population health.
