We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused veterinary professional who enjoys team leadership, client service, and working in a fast-paced environment. Veterinary clinic and leadership experience is preferred, and veterinary technicians with a passion for coaching and mentoring are especially encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily hospital operations, finances, budgets, and KPIs

Lead, coach, and support our technician and reception teams

Promote excellent client service and patient care

Help create a positive, collaborative workplace culture

Jump in on the floor as needed to support the team

What We Offer

$60,000–$75,000 salary , based on experience
