Project Engineer Development Program

The Project Engineer Development Program is a 2-year track designed to prepare candidates for a Project Engineer role. The actual duration of the program depends on individual experience and performance. Candidates will be fully entrenched at our Operations facilities, learning and mastering the fundamentals of aggregate processing through hands-on experience and technical training. Throughout the program, candidates will start with limited engineering duties and take on larger roles and be expected to deliver positive results. Individuals in this role will be expected to travel and work on a number of projects throughout a given territory or GM area. Additionally, the role will expose candidates to a number of training and development opportunities across our company footprint.
