This is an opportunity for an experienced operator who knows how to lead people, delegate effectively, create accountability, and execute.

The community is currently approximately 95% occupied, has a strong reputation in the market, an affluent resident base, and a team that has made meaningful progress over the past year. Our client has invested heavily in strengthening operations, including an overhaul of the wellness leadership team and increased communication and engagement with residents.

Now, they need the right Executive Director to lead it forward.

We’re looking for a proven operator who has successfully led a 100+ bed senior living community and understands that managing people is one of the most important parts of the job.

The right leader will know how to:

Delegate without losing accountability

Develop department leaders and allow them to own their roles

Listen, communicate and follow through

Create a plan and execute strategically

Hold people accountable while maintaining a collaborative culture

Build trust with residents, families and team members

Take ownership instead of waiting for the regional team to solve problems

Lead with integrity, urgency and consistency
