The position leads the State’s payroll compliance initiative ensuring statewide adherence to IRS code and other regulatory standards. The position oversees the financial portion of the State of Delaware Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system consisting of thirteen modules recording the assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenditures of state organizations. The position also works with the OneDelaware team currently modernizing the State’s ERP system with a new system to be implemented in the next 3-4 years.
