Metal Injection Molding is a new growth area for this manufacturer, and you would be the individual responsible for advancing its MIM manufacturing operations. You would lead day-to-day MIM production and serve as the technical authority on the process, with a base of $145,000-$165,000 and a 20% bonus.

Your Day-to-Day

Lead day-to-day MIM production, with accountability for quality, delivery, and cost to customer expectations

Serve as the technical leader for MIM processes across the organization

Own technical expertise, operational execution, and team development

Develop and lead the technical team, including the Sr. Process Engineer

Work closely with the Metallurgist and customers to drive successful project execution

Position the organization to support current and future business growth

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field

7+ years of experience

Strong expertise in MIM processing: feedstock, molding, debinding, and sintering

Understanding of metallurgical and materials principles

Experience leading technical personnel
