Area Manager - Maintenance Planning

This position will lead a team of reliability engineers and maintenance planning professionals to support a fast-paced steel manufacturing facility. Has responsibility for developing and executing a long-term maintenance and reliability program. Sets and achieves high levels of maintenance efficiencies. Simultaneously supports multiple operating and maintenance departments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or technology degree and/or related experience) in business, engineering, or a related field. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with sense of urgency. At least 10 years work experience in the steel industry with supervisory experience preferred. Looking for a leader with a proven background in industrial maintenance and reliability processes, Project engineering and management skills beneficial. Job requires ability to lead teams in Lean Manufacturing processes.
