Controller

Are you an experienced accounting professional who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and having a voice in the bigger financial picture? We have an exciting Controller opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing organization!

In this role, you'll oversee daily accounting operations, lead the accounting team, and work closely with executive leadership to support financial performance, profitability, and long-term business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and develop the accounting team while overseeing daily financial operations.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.

Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and overall financial performance.

Oversee ERP systems and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Partner with leadership on financial strategy, cost savings, and profitability improvements.

Coordinate tax reporting and compliance with external accounting partners.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.

7+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills.

Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

A collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys improving processes and supporting business decisions.

Experience with multi-division organizations is a plus!
