Will serve as a liaison to childcare providers, educational systems & other agencies, supervises & manages program performance & a caseload, oversees contracts, attends statewide meetings, sits on committees. B23 is a statewide early intervention program whose mission is to enhance the development of infants & toddlers ages birth to 3 years who have disabilities or developmental delays & to enhance the capacity of their families to meet the needs of the children.
