Job Title: Digital Workplace Engineer – Microsoft Intune & Microsoft 365

Location: Memphis, TN | Hybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 days from home; Wednesday onsite required

Overview

We are seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to administer and improve the endpoint and Microsoft 365 platforms employees use every day. The role combines hands-on Microsoft Intune work, enterprise application management, automation, and production support to keep workplace technology secure, reliable, and productive.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central. The work calls for attention to detail, practical technical problem-solving, and an interest in continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Engineer, administer, and support endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.

Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise applications.

Administer and support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Provide operational support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform, coordinating with the teams responsible for platform development.

Use automation to improve endpoint and Microsoft 365 operations.

Troubleshoot production issues and improve the reliability of workplace technology services.

Required Qualifications

Four or more years of experience in endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related technical role.

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.

Experience deploying and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
