Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive real estate finance strategies to drive business growth and profitability

• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks to optimize real estate investments and returns

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry professionals

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate finance, with a focus on investment, development, or portfolio management

• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Strong technical skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and budgeting

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
