PHP Software Engineer – Laravel

Full-Time | Hybrid | Intermediate Level

We’re looking for a PHP Software Engineer to join a collaborative product development team building and improving applications used by customers around the world. You’ll have ownership across the development lifecycle—from design and development through code review, launch, optimization, and ongoing improvements.

What You’ll Work On

Build efficient, reusable, and testable PHP/Laravel applications

Solve performance, scalability, and architectural challenges

Develop and optimize backend services and database-driven functionality

Work with MySQL/MariaDB in a Linux environment

Integrate backend functionality with modern front-end applications

Refactor and improve existing code for performance and maintainability

Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and technical design

Use modern AI-assisted development tools as part of the engineering workflow

What We’re Looking For

Strong professional PHP development experience

Laravel experience

MySQL or MariaDB

Linux

Git/version control

Strong software engineering fundamentals

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

Experience with Agile, automated testing, CI/CD, Jira, and the full SDLC is a plus.
