Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of business and commercial banking relationships

Originate and structure commercial loans with sound credit analysis

Deliver customized banking solutions, including deposits, treasury, and lending services

Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience

Actively engage in community and business development efforts

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial or business banking experience

Strong credit analysis and financial structuring skills

Proven business development and relationship management abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
