Target Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 Location: Vancouver, WA – Hybrid

• Own payroll for approximately 200 employees across multiple states • Lead and influence AP process improvements, training, and cross-functional coverage • Partner directly with the Corporate Controller and VP of Finance & Operations • Gain exposure to manufacturing operations, purchasing, and broader accounting functions • Hybrid schedule with three days in the office • Opportunity to take on additional responsibility and drive meaningful operational improvements

Key Responsibilities for the Accountant II:

• Process biweekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now • Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including voucher processing, check runs, and accrual support • Support AP training, cross-coverage, and process improvement initiatives • Partner with production, purchasing, and finance teams to strengthen workflows • Assist with month-end accounting activities and payroll-related reporting

Qualifications for the Accountant II:

• Payroll processing experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now • Full-cycle accounts payable experience • Experience supporting multi-state payroll environments
