A growing law firm is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an opportunity to work with a collaborative group handling a variety of immigration matters for individuals and businesses while developing your practice within a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate is an attorney with solid immigration experience who enjoys working directly with clients, managing a busy caseload, and handling matters from start to finish. There is also an opportunity to develop additional experience in employment-based and business immigration .

What You’ll Do

Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters

Prepare petitions, applications, legal filings, and supporting documentation

Conduct legal research and analyze immigration laws and regulations

Communicate with clients and provide updates throughout the process

Work with government agencies and other parties as needed

Monitor deadlines and manage multiple matters simultaneously

Draft correspondence and other legal documents

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure matters are handled efficiently

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of immigration law experience

Employment-based immigration experience preferred, but not required

H-2B or other business immigration experience is a plus

Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage a busy caseload and competing priorities

Active Massachusetts Bar admission preferred

Team-oriented, professional, and motivated to grow
