• Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of cases to develop effective strategies

• Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including hearings and trials

• Stay up-to-date with changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation law

• Jurisdiction in Georgia (bar passage required)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with crossover cases (e.g., personal injury, employment law)

• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, such as O.C.G.A. and Workers' Compensation Act
