Diverse Staffing is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Norcross, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting employees while partnering with clients to provide exceptional staffing solutions in both English and Spanish.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

In-office position based in Norcross, GA

Must be available to work some evenings and weekends as business needs require

Occasional local travel to customer locations, job fairs, and recruiting events

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates

Manage high-volume recruiting activities and maintain accurate ATS records

Conduct orientations, process background checks, and support onboarding activities

Partner with clients to fulfill staffing orders and workforce needs

Build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and customers

Provide recruiting, onboarding, and employee support in both English and Spanish

Handle employee inquiries and assist with employee relations matters

Process weekly payroll and support assignment lifecycle activities

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and candidate quality

Maintain compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety requirements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

One or more years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or client-facing experience

Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Ability to translate and communicate employment-related information accurately between English and Spanish

High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to effectively de-escalate concerns, resolve conflicts, and navigate difficult conversations professionally

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Must be computer proficient and comfortable learning new systems and technology

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Ability to work occasional weekends and outside normal business hours when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed

Experience utilizing AI recruiting tools and technology

Experience supporting Spanish-speaking candidates and employees

Previous experience recruiting and onboarding bilingual or Spanish-speaking workforces

Staffing industry experience preferred
