Overview of Accounts Payable Specialist Role:

Process accounts payable transactions across multiple business entities

Match invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation accurately

Manage AP bill-backs and allocations related to grower accounts

Prepare Excel-based reports, summaries, and reconciliations

Support month-end accounting activities and AP related reporting

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and data analysis

Experience with invoice matching and discrepancy resolution

Agricultural accounting experience preferred

Ability to manage competing principles with strong attention to detail
