Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience
Track hiring and onboarding metrics while utilizing Excel and internal systems to maintain accurate records
Qualifications for the HR Coordinator
1 year of HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or related experience
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or onboarding platforms
