Key Responsibilities for the HR Specialist:

Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations and 20 states.

Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, and payroll-related compliance activities.

Support HR administration, including offer letters, onboarding coordination, employee transitions, and record maintenance.

Assist with ADP HRIS upgrades and process improvement initiatives.

Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications for the HR Specialist:

2+ years of payroll processing and/or HR administration experience preferred.

Experience with payroll systems; ADP experience is a plus.

Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
