Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Distribution - Base Salary to 60k/year - Blytheville, AR
Our client is an industrial distributor and fabricator serving MRO and OEM customers with industrial products and custom-fabricated solutions. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customers from the branch location, manage orders and quotes, and coordinate with internal fabrication and warehouse operations.
This position requires prior inside sales experience in an industrial environment and offers the opportunity for future progression into outside sales.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and support the sale of industrial products from within the branch location
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person regarding product availability, pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines
Process customer orders, prepare quotes, create invoices, and track order status through fulfillment
Provide product information and technical sales support based on customer requirements
Coordinate with fabrication and warehouse teams to confirm product specifications, inventory availability, and order requirements
Support order entry, pricing, quoting, invoicing, and delivery coordination using ERP/CRM systems
Address customer order and product issues and escalate matters requiring management involvement
Coordinate multiple customer requests and time-sensitive orders
Support branch sales and customer service activities for industrial MRO and OEM products
Qualifications:
1+ years of inside sales experience
Inside sales experience in an industrial environment
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems
Compensation:
Base salary in the 50k - 60k range
