VP of Finance

Lead Avala's finance function as we scale through a pivotal growth phase. You will own financial planning and analysis, fundraising support, budgeting, and reporting — building the finance team from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for translating our customer revenue ramp into investor-grade financial narratives, managing cash runway, and establishing the financial infrastructure needed to support rapid ARR growth through 2027 and beyond.
