What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for advancing clinical excellence, patient safety, quality outcomes, operational performance, and an exceptional patient and team member experience.

Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary partners.

Develop high-performing teams

Promote efficient and coordinated care across the procedural continuum.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Work Experience

Qualifications

Required

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing licensed in State of Maryland.

Bachelors required.

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as an RN.

Three years of managerial experience.

Demonstrates progressive management experience.

Familiar with regulatory and accrediting agency standards. Prior experience to include budgetary analysis, customer service and performance improvement.

Preferred

healthcare information systems, statistical/data analysis and project planning management.

BSN and master's in nursing, Healthcare, Business or Informatics strongly preferred.

National certification preferred.

Pay Range: $66.98 - $106.96/hr. (depends on years of experience)
