Director of Process Engineering

Job Summary: The Director, Process Engineering is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, deploying and overseeing the semiconductor fabrication and manufacturing process strategy across the compound semiconductor business. The role ensures that process blocks, production lines, equipment, and workflows are optimized for safety, quality, throughput and profitability. This role will drive technological innovation, continuous improvement, and standardized engineering practices across our manufacturing network. One will lead multiple multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and technicians, realizing a multi-year automation and technology roadmap, in addition to supporting products at production stage until EOL. This role will also bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and daily operations, collaborating with Quality, Product Engineering, Process Integration and Equipment Engineering to scale capability, capacity, cut waste and ensure maximum operational efficiency.
