Executive Producer, Physical Production

We are looking for an Executive Producer, Physical Production who is responsible for overseeing all elements of projects related to experiential activations, brand environments, and live event production. The EP will oversee all agency projects pertaining to experiential, from concept through on-site execution. Client and project management are central to this position as the EP drives the project and process. This role ensures project goals align with the studio's objectives, manages budgets, resources, contracts, and vendors, and provides strategic guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project execution within timelines and quality standards.

This position will work collaboratively to streamline and optimize project delivery, work with senior leadership to help shape the department, and oversee production's day-to-day. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume, environment — including travel to and management of on-site builds and live events — and skilled in maintaining and continuously improving workflow efficiencies. Superior communication, problem solving skills, supportive management style, and ability to prioritize are a must.
