Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Senior Manager:

Lead the month-end and year-end close process across multiple entities

Oversee accruals, fixed asset accounting, payroll, and general ledger activities

Manage and develop a team of U.S.-based and India-based accounting professionals

Serve as the primary escalation point for accounting issues and process execution

Drive accounting process improvements and operational efficiencies

Partner with finance and leadership teams to support business growth initiatives

Qualifications for the Accounting Senior Manager:

CPA certification

8+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong Big Four public accounting foundation with industry accounting experience

Proven leadership experience managing teams, preferably across multiple locations or countries

ERP experience required; SAP experience preferred
