Senior Client Partner

Client Services at DE-YAN owns the full arc of the client relationship—its growth, sustainability, and success. Quality of work, quality of relationships, and quality of outcomes are non-negotiable.

The Senior Client Partner is a senior leadership role accountable for the studio's largest anchor accounts or a strategic multi-account portfolio, often spanning multiple regions or business units. As the most senior client-facing relationship lead outside of the VP, you set the standard for what great looks like across every touchpoint — and you're looked to by other Client Partners as a model for how the role should be done.

Day-to-day, the Senior Client Partner leads a team of Client Partners, Client Managers, Client Directors, and Client Coordinators, while working in close partnership with producers and project managers to keep work moving at the highest level. Reporting to the VP of Client Services, you carry direct responsibility for the studio's largest net revenue targets, profitability, and the kind of client satisfaction that turns engagements into long-term, multi-year partnerships. You also play a key role in shaping Client Services strategy and mentoring the next generation of account leadership.
