Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Lead:

Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and account reconciliations.

Lead monthly closes, allocations, and cost analyses.

Coordinate the annual budgeting process and support quarterly and ad hoc forecasts.

Prepare and review financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to support business decisions.

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 1–3 accounting professionals.

Qualifications for the Accounting Lead:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, or analysis.
