Key Responsibilities

Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting

Manage and develop accounting staff while fostering accountability and continuous improvement

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities

Partner with manufacturing and operational leaders to improve profitability and control costs

Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Coordinate audits, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements

Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and operational performance metrics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing

Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing financial processes

Experience managing month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills

CPA or CMA designation preferred
