Antitrust Associate (3-5 yrs) – Am Law 50 Firm

About the Position:

Our client, a prestigious Am Law firm, has an active need for an antitrust lawyer to join its Chicago office as an associate. This firm’s well-known antitrust group has extensive national and international resources and strong experience in FTC-related issues. The team is particularly active in high-value class actions, government investigations and transactional due diligence. It also advises clients in the life sciences, technology and sport sectors, among others.

Responsibilities:

· Represent clients in antitrust litigation, investigations, and complex disputes

· Draft crucial motions and pleadings in both federal and state court

· Conduct thorough legal research

· Manage document reviews

· Coordinate complex litigation strategies

Required Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience

· Large law firm background

· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:

The anticipated base compensation for this position is $225,000 – $435,000.
