Job Description
Position summary
The Copilot Developer designs, develops, and deploys AI-powered solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. The role focuses on building enterprise copilots, conversational AI applications, and integrations that improve business processes while ensuring security, governance, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Configure and customise Microsoft 365 Copilot for business use cases
Build conversational AI solutions and enterprise copilots
Integrate enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs
Develop custom connectors, plugins, and automated workflows
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and define AI use cases
Troubleshoot and optimise Copilot applications for performance and usability
Follow security, governance, and compliance best practices within Microsoft environments
Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical design discussions
Required qualifications
6-10 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered solution development
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Experience with API integrations, custom connectors, and workflow development
Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance practices
