Location: Odessa, FL Salary: $68,000-$74,000
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, compliance, and reporting for a multi-state and international workforce. This position reports to the HR Director and works within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll exceptions, reconciliations, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
Utilize Excel to manage and reconcile payroll information.
Requirements
5+ years of payroll experience.
Multi-state and international payroll experience required.
Strong payroll tax and compliance knowledge.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
Preferred
ADP experience.
Construction, manufacturing, or related industry experience.
Ideal Candidate
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Comfortable working with large data sets and payroll reporting.
Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
