What You Will Do in This Role?

Lead product assembly and verification methods

Create clear electro-mechanical assembly instructions and work documentation

Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to manufacturing teams

Troubleshoot assembly issues and support product transfers into production

Define quality checks and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Create photos, videos, and visual aids for manufacturing and training

Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvements

Support manufacturing software and system requirements

What You Will Need for This Role?

Required Qualifications

2+ years of manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, aerospace, or similar technical experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Experience coaching, training, or mentoring others

Experience creating work instructions, procedures, or training documents

Familiarity with assembly processes, torque specifications, hand tools, and quality standards

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to travel domestically approximately two trips per quarter

Basic understanding of computer systems or software concepts

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or Manufacturing

ASE, FAA, Lean, Six Sigma, or other technical certifications

CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)

Technical writing experience

Experience in medical devices, regulated manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial environments

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com
