Production Supervisor

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Production Supervisor in Americus, Georgia. This is a direct-hire position. The salary range is $65,000-85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee workers in production and warehouse

Plan and assign tasks to hourly employees

Perform first line repairs on production machinery

Ensure a safe workplace

Strong communication skills with all levels of management and hourly employees

Direct, evaluate, and train employees

Ensure production department operates at maximum efficiency with minimum down time, producing the highest quality product with the lowest possible cost

Other duties as assigned by management

Experience Needed:

At least 2 years of production supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience coaching, counseling, and promoting a safe work environment

Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose and repair equipment

Ability to work in a team environment with other departments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
