Job Description: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Securities Processing Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing routine transactions with general supervision, referring the most complex and risk-related transactions to management. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be proficient in handling physical certificate details in the Access Database.

Key Responsibilities:

Retrieve, count, verify, file, and acknowledge physical certificate details in the Access Database.

Assess discrepancies, problems, and gather information for escalation as needed.

Execute routine transactions with general supervision, referring complex transactions to management.

Support department adherence to AML/BSA policies and procedures set forth by various regulatory bodies.

Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

Associate degree in a related field.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work onsite 3 days a week.
