We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support active litigation and trial matters. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
Support attorneys with active litigation and trial matters from case preparation through resolution Assist with document management, discovery, and eDiscovery processes Organize, review, and manage large volumes of case documents and information Conduct legal research and assist with drafting and preparing legal documents Track deadlines, case developments, and other critical litigation requirements Provide general litigation and trial support as needed
Qualifications
Strong litigation experience; candidates with direct trial support experience are preferred Strong eDiscovery and document management experience Experience with Relativity and NextPoint preferred Excellent legal writing, research, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines Experience with Westlaw required or strongly preferred Familiarity with Harvey AI is a plus ProLaw experience helpful but not required Ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys and matters
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office
