Growing roughly 50% year over year, they are building a more proactive inside sales team focused on service, training, and application support. Job Description: Drive Service Revenue: Develop business around recertifications, repairs, service agreements, and training by proactively identifying opportunities and following through from first contact to close. Sell Technical Solutions: Build a strong understanding of precision measurement technology and connect it to customer applications in quality control and manufacturing. Work Across Teams: Partner with field sales, application engineering, service, and marketing to follow up on leads, manage quotes, and keep a healthy pipeline in the CRM. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, or a related customer-facing commercial role. A technical or engineering background or strong technical aptitude, with genuine curiosity about instrumentation and how it works. Comfort making outbound calls, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
