STATUS: Independent Contractor, Monthly Retainer ($1,000/month)

LOCATION: Remote (US)

SCHEDULE: Friday evening through Sunday

START DATE: ASAP

About the role:

We are a luxury marriage proposal planning and photography company based in NYC, and we are looking for a calm, capable Operations Coordinator to be our point person for weekend proposals. This is a real time, hands on role for someone who stays cool under pressure and can keep a proposal running smoothly from Friday evening through Sunday.

What you will own:

Serve as the real time point of contact for every proposal happening that weekend. Check in with the team, including photographers, videographers, and vendors, to confirm details and timing. Stay reachable by phone and text throughout the weekend in case anything comes up. Handle day of issues as they arise and keep things moving without missing a beat. Respond to weekend client and vendor communication.

This role would be ideal for someone who:

Has real experience in client services, event coordination, or operations. Is based in or willing to work US Eastern hours on weekends. Stays calm and clear headed when something unexpected comes up. Communicates clearly and promptly.
