Accounting Services Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Services Representative to provide temporary, part-time support to a financial services team in downtown Columbus. This role will focus on daily accounting tasks, account and general ledger reconciliations, and working with large data sets in Excel. The position offers a flexible schedule of 4 hours per day, with the ability to choose a consistent morning or afternoon schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily general accounting activities

Complete account and general ledger reconciliations

Review financial data for accuracy and discrepancies

Work with large data sets in Excel to organize and analyze information

Use Excel pivot tables to manage and review data

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Some accounting experience required

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and working with large data sets

Experience with account and general ledger reconciliations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
