Safety and Training Coordinator

The Safety & Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety, health, and training programs for the facility. This position partners with leadership and employees to promote a culture of safety, compliance, continuous learning, and operational excellence. The role oversees safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, employee training systems, training records, and workforce development activities to ensure employees are equipped to perform their jobs safely, effectively, and in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
